Vikram Telugu Movie Review: Kamal Hasan’s works and personalities are already part of Indian cinema’s canon. His Tamil films weren’t commercially successful, but he directed a couple of Telugu hits and cult classics. Telugu audiences only knew him as an actor before he became a Tamil filmmaker. He’s taken big moves before and succeeded.
The film wasn’t released until June 3, 2022, which excited moviegoers and Kamal Hasan fans. Let’s get to the bottom of whether Vikram is worth your time.
Vikram Story
The action film Vikram stars Arun Kumar. Mask Man took hostages in the city. Vikram (Kamal Hasan) is known for being stern with criminals and able to punish them. Fahadh Fasil’s Amar examines masked people and discovers Santhanam is a crook (Vijay Sethupathi). Movie Verdict
Kamal Hasan is Vikram’s biggest draw besides Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil. Making the most successful picture with three surviving stars is not easy. Lokesh, known for his dark themes, used one for Vikram to lure the viewer into his world.
Due to Lokesh Kanagaraj’s great plot development, the movie never bores you from the beginning to the break. Hollywood films influence how Vikram’s sequences are shot and edited. As usual, the intermission captivated the audience for the second half. Vikram’s memories make the second half of the play an emotional roller coaster.
Kamal Hasan, 67, played Vikram with such comfort that it showed he’s unlike any other hero in this regard. He utilized his eyes to express his feelings like Vikram does. Fahadhn’s character, Amar, must portray a spectrum of emotions in the end, which he does well. Every cast member was great.
Lokesh Kangaraj’s film Kathi starred Karthi. Kamal Hasan liked both film aspects. He’s worked alongside Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupathi, and Fahadh Faasil. The movie was successful because he could assess the audience’s reaction. Vikram isn’t well-written, but Lokesh Kangaraj keeps the audience intrigued.
Girish Gangadharan’s cinematography helps Vikram’s cinematic appearance. He brought the film’s dark imagery to life. Anirudh Ravichandran and the rest of the technical crew did a great job.
Fans of Kamal Hassan, Vijay Sethupathi, and Faasil should see Vikram.
